Laws of financial freedom series

For the following months I will be posting on the laws of financial freedom. whether you believe it or not the most secured place in the world is the prison but prisoners want to exchange it for freedom, if you are seeking for financial security you will loose financial freedom; meaning that to be successful you have to take some certain risks. Watch out for the first law [21 laws] on the 14th of November....Wealth is your birth right.

Never wait till you lose what you value

There is a popular saying, ''you do not know what you have until you lose it''. People tend not to appreciate the things/people they love until they are no more. Let me share with you a personal experience, before I lost my grandmother, I used to complain that she disturbs me a lot because she used to send me on errand a lot but when she  died I felt her loss. Please let us learn how to appreciate our love ones.

The Power within

And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter that he may abide with you for ever; Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you. (John 14:16, 17)

            The power within is a free gift. The promise was made in John 14:16, 17 and it was fulfilled in Acts 2:32, 33. God lives in us through the power of the Holy Spirit, John said ‘’… greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world’’, the person in the world is Satan. If we are conscious of the Greater one who dwells in us and we believe what the Word of God says about His presence, no matter what or whom we face, we will have no fear. We have the Source of all power dwelling in us.

            Smith Wigglesworth said in one of his books ‘’ I am a thousand times bigger on the inside than I am on the outside’’. To illustrate this, he told an experience in England when he was asked to pray for an insane daughter of an elderly couple. The parent led him to the room of the girl and when the door was opened, he saw the frail young woman lying on the floor. She was held by five men. As he entered the room, she screamed, eyes blazing, ‘’we are many, you can’t cast us out’’. Quietly, he answered, ‘’Jesus can’’. He remembered the Bible said, ‘’…greater is he that is in you…’’ and that he was a thousand times bigger on the inside than on the outside. He dared to believe that God was within him. He said to the woman, ‘’Jesus can and out you come in the Name of Jesus Christ’’. Thirty seven devils came out of the woman’s mind and was completely restored. Later that day, she dressed and ate evening meal with her family.

            Someone asked Wigglesworth, ‘’what is your secret? What great place of spirituality have you attained?’’, he answered, ’’all I did was to remember that greater is he that is in me than he that is in the world. Dare to act on that scripture’’.

            The Holy Spirit is in you to help you, it is left to you to listen and look to him, and He will guide you.

Challenges are not problems Vo.1

To start with, problem is a situation that causes difficulties while challenge is a situation that tests strength, skill, or ability, especially in a way that is interesting. Some people have seen some situations as problem rather than seeing it as a challenge that is meant to uplift them, many things have been invented because the inventors saw the situations as challenges no as problems. I believe that if you are faced with a challenge, it is a stepping stone for you to go to the next level for instance, a student will not be promoted if he does not pass an exam likewise is life. If there is no challenge, there is no advancement because challenges act like examinations.

Look at all the great men they were all pushed forward by tackling their challenges not running away from it for instance, Henry Ford faced many challenges before he established Ford Motor Company, he left the first company because Henry Murphy was introduced and the second because sales were slow and also crises arose but I noticed that despite all these challenges he remained focused because he knew his destination. In 1908, he introduced the 'Model T' and by 1918 half of the cars were Model T's. Today, Henry Ford is a name to reckon with in the automobile industry. If he had seen his challenges as problem, he won't have achieved this.
