Challenges are not problems Vo.1

To start with, problem is a situation that causes difficulties while challenge is a situation that tests strength, skill, or ability, especially in a way that is interesting. Some people have seen some situations as problem rather than seeing it as a challenge that is meant to uplift them, many things have been invented because the inventors saw the situations as challenges no as problems. I believe that if you are faced with a challenge, it is a stepping stone for you to go to the next level for instance, a student will not be promoted if he does not pass an exam likewise is life. If there is no challenge, there is no advancement because challenges act like examinations.

Look at all the great men they were all pushed forward by tackling their challenges not running away from it for instance, Henry Ford faced many challenges before he established Ford Motor Company, he left the first company because Henry Murphy was introduced and the second because sales were slow and also crises arose but I noticed that despite all these challenges he remained focused because he knew his destination. In 1908, he introduced the 'Model T' and by 1918 half of the cars were Model T's. Today, Henry Ford is a name to reckon with in the automobile industry. If he had seen his challenges as problem, he won't have achieved this.
